She has been popping her head in now and then, teasing us, promising to stay a while.
Today she kept her promise....her stay was long enough to satisfy our veggie garden and sepia lawn and to freshen our souls.
And what to do on such a rainy day?
Play outside of course!
Jumping on the trampoline trying to catch as many rain drops on our tongues.
When the rain fall becomes very heavy, daring each other to run out and touch the fence... followed by splashing feet and squeals.
We also give thanks for every drop of rain that falls on our part of this planet.

I just love the sound of rain on a roof and doesn't everything look and smell just that little bit more wonderful after it has been raining.
