We are in flood watch mode at the moment. After yesterdays horrific inland tsunami at Toowoomba, we are waiting for that water to hit our area.
High tide for the Brisbane river tomorrow as well as rain constantly falling today means that homes will go under.
We are in an area that shouldn't be affected but we are still being cautious.
Food and water storage is full and we have everything we need so we are warm and cosy in our home, playing games, crafting and keeping the kids spirits up. I haven't been taking photos of flooded areas, I'm good with a camera, but not while driving a car full of kids through flood waters so i will leave you with these pictures.
