Ever had one of them?
This is my very poor attempt at snickerdoodles
Maybe i didn't add enough butter? They didn't go flat.
My berry and buttermilk cake. It says its supposed to be like a slice but i didn't have a big enough pan.
Never mind the fact i over cooked everything.
I'm sticking to banana cake in the morning.
Kids wont be happy.
Chooks will even turn their nose at this.

unsolicited biscuit advice... we make snickerdoodles quite a bit
when they're all puffed up in the oven tap the tray 'sharply' a few times with a knife they should flatten. Then take the out the oven when they're 'blonde'. And leave them to cool on the tray. Should give a nice cruncy egde with a little chewyness in the centre :)
