Last months spending

Last months spending makes this months mail delicious!

Stephanie from Elemental Handcrafts made these for a little girl who will be turning one soon.

Heather's Cash Budget Pouches

Ebay love. Very Yummy!

We just spent the morning doing a 3k walk around the local lake. After yesterdays hike around the zoo i am beat. Can't wait for a nice hot soak when the monkeys go to bed tonight. We have 2 days of holidays for Ekka so it will be eventful to say the least.

Oh girl-we have a lot in common!

I always order engraved (stainless steel-not wood) spoons for the babies in my life.

I saw those cash budget pouches yesterday after reading Soulemama's blog-and thought they were adorable.

And I have Apples With Jam too! I've never cooked anything out of it, but I love looking at it.

Get some rest!

Hi there

I look forward to seeing your Waldorf dolls. I am trying to think of tips to help you with your rock candy. I know the one thing was not to move the string or anchor for a while until it started taking. I also kept it on Brogan's bedroom window sill. Maybe the light helped. I hope it works out for your next go.

Thanks for the visit. I have the recipe book in your post. I love it. Her life style oozes out through the pages. Peaceful and arty. I viewed the little thrift bags 2 days ago. I think I am going to buy them.

Have a great day
Warm regards
Suzanne

Holly, we are about to make Berry and buttermilk cake page 55. I sat on the couch last night cuddling the book and after reading your comment i figured i better make something out of it for both our sakes.
I love using the pouches. I was going to make some a while back but who has the time> Then i saw these and problem solved.

Suzanne, we will hopefully be starting the making of dolls soon but i don't think they will be etsy shop worthy like what you would have purchased. Made from the heart is what counts. We are in the middle of winter here so even though i had the jars on a sunny window sill, it only took 3 days to grow mold. Was i supposed to put lids on the jars?

I just wanted to say hello - I love connecting with other blogging mama's in Australia :)

I love 'Apples for Jam' so much too - but had to laugh at the first comment from Holly who hasn't actually cooked anything from it - that was me for the first 6 months too! I just sat & drooled over it all. Now, we've made her chocolate cake her standard (though I made it with almond flour - fabulous!)

btw, I came via your comments on 'Salt & Chocolate' :)
