Preserved Relish

Boxes bought from the local fruit market for $3 a box.
Made into roasted capsicum, tomato and zucchini relish and preserved.

Doesn't look like much.
I got 17 large jars filled as well as plenty of food for the chooks and worms.
Will be used for nachos, spaghetti and what ever other tomato based meals i come up with.
Wondering how many days it is going to take me to get the smell of
onion and curry out of my house.
I priced this at around $20 to make and the jars around $5 each.
Thats $85 dollars worth. I'm happy with that!

It is just a local large fruit and veggie shop. I go in the morning to fill the car but its not organic and no doubt not local but we don't have that much luxury around here. I can imagine that prices of food on the sunshine coast would be high.
